Following on from my day out in Wimbledon, I spent last week at EVS’s UK offices in Leatherhead doing training on EVS video servers. playout and editing systems.
So now I’m all ready to be a top notch super slo-mo EVS operator and/or OB engineer. However, that probably involves far too much travelling so I guess I’ll stick with my job in Salford for now.
I do at least know a fair bit about how to set up an EVS system, how to maintain the XS, XT2+ and XT3 servers, how to set up and configure IP Director and a bit about how to operate Multicam LSM (Live Slow Motion) contollers and IP Directors.
